General Returns

All sales are final.

Defective items may be returned during their respective warranty period and replaced at no charge or refunded. The customer is responsible for return freight on warranty returns with SBNW covering outbound freight.  Labor is not included in the warranty period.

No refunds for custom or stock manufactured items.  All paint booths fit this description.

Exchanges

If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, [email protected] to request a replacement. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.

Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once we receive the item. You can view completed returns and refunds by visiting your account and accessing the relevant order summary.

Shipping and Handling

Spray Booths Northwest, LLC makes every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. We generally ship purchases of in-stock items within 1 – 2 business days of receiving your order. However, delivery schedules are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary depending on ship-to locations and products ordered. When estimating order delivery time, please allow for credit approval, address verification, and order processing. Shipping rates are based on product(s) ordered and Buyer location. Shipping charges are added to the order total at checkout. Please call 541-954-1938 for shipping quote.

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Currently, we service orders placed from or shipped to the United States only. For all FedEx orders, please allow approximately 7-10 business days for Standard Ground Delivery and 1 – 2 business days for RUSH delivery.

Shipping charges will be added to all online orders prior to shipment. Please note that the online store invoice will not have the shipping amount.
