Cartridge batch powder booths are great for the small to medium sized powder application. This booth has an open face to it so air easily enters the booth, gets drawn across the product and then into the cartridge collector system at the rear of the booth. As the cartridge filters load by gathering the powder the airflow will decrease inside the booth. This change in pressure activates a pulse mechanism that cleans the filters dropping the accumulated powder into a tray located at the bottom of the collector unit.
There is also a different version of the system and that is a simple timer board on the unit that pulse cleans the filters on a preset schedule. Additional options include powder coating, listed controls, crane slot, and conveyor openings.
